Refund / Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

This policy applies to one-time website review services and bundles purchased through the OverhaulMySite online checkout flow.

Last Updated: March 10, 2026Effective: March 10, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies only to one-time website review services and review bundles purchased through the OverhaulMySite online checkout flow.

It does not govern negotiated modernization projects, recurring plans, or other services sold under separate signed agreements.

2. No-Refund Rule

One-time review purchases are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.

  • A request to cancel after payment does not create a right to a refund.
  • A request to pause or stop work after payment does not create a right to a refund.
  • This applies whether the order is awaiting intake, in active fulfillment, pending delivery, or already delivered.
Do not complete a purchase unless you are prepared to proceed under this no-refund policy.

3. Limited Exceptions

We may provide a refund or other accommodation only if:

  • we cancel the order before fulfillment begins
  • we determine that we cannot provide the purchased service as sold
  • a refund is otherwise required by law

Except where law requires a different result, any such accommodation is determined by us in light of the circumstances.

4. Courtesy Rescheduling

Because these are scoped service engagements rather than traditional appointments, rescheduling is limited.

  • Before substantive work begins, we may allow one reasonable courtesy reschedule if the request is made promptly and the engagement can still be fulfilled within a practical window.
  • After substantive work begins, rescheduling is generally not available.
  • A courtesy reschedule does not create a refund right and does not require us to hold the engagement open indefinitely.

5. Scope Mismatch and Order Fit

If we determine after purchase that the requested work materially exceeds the purchased service scope, we may:

  • offer a revised scope or more appropriate service
  • offer a transfer or credit toward a more appropriate service
  • cancel the order and refund the amount collected if we elect not to proceed

A transfer or credit in this situation is a discretionary accommodation, not a general customer right, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Customer Delay or Non-Response

If you do not provide required intake information, clarifications, or authorized access within a reasonable period, we may pause the engagement, ask you to rebook later, or close the order after reasonable notice.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may pause ongoing work while the dispute is pending.

Where fulfillment has already begun or been completed, we may provide records of the accepted terms, accepted refund policy, fulfillment activity, and delivery records to respond to the dispute.

8. Contact

Cancellation or accommodation requests should be sent to:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Include your order identifier, contact email, purchased service, and reason for the request.
