FAQ

Straight answers before you spend money or time.

These cover the purchase flow, portal access, delivery timing, and what happens after a review lands. The goal is clarity, not a sales call.

How quickly do responses and results arrive?

Most individual reviews are delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Bundles take 3 to 5 business days depending on scope, and the Complete Digital Review takes up to 7 business days.

Is site or account access required?

No. Most reviews only need your website address. Read-only Search Console, GA4, or GBP access can improve some outputs, but it is optional unless the service explicitly depends on it.

Can services be purchased directly online?

Yes. Individual services and bundled packages can be purchased directly through secure checkout. Paid reviews trigger a portal-access email tied to the checkout address so intake, deliverables, and shared tracking stay in one place. Modernization tiers start with a consultation request, followed by discovery confirmation and a scope document with timeline and deliverables before any implementation work begins.

How do portal access and shared tracking work?

After purchase, a secure sign-in link is sent to the checkout email. Inside the portal you can complete any remaining intake, see purchased work, open reports, evidence packs, walkthrough videos, and booking links, and review delivery status, due dates, and progress when fulfillment work is active.

What is included in the deliverable?

You receive secure portal access plus a detailed PDF report structured around five sections: executive summary, scorecard, detailed findings with evidence, a prioritized action backlog, and scope notes with next-step recommendations. Higher-tier packages also include a video walkthrough or live strategic consultation where applicable. When fulfillment work is active, delivery status and progress are shared back through the portal as well.

Is the security snapshot a penetration test?

No. It is a public posture and configuration review based on observable behavior. If you need exploitation testing, authenticated assessment, or compliance evidence, that is a separate engagement.

Should one service or a package be chosen?

Start with a single diagnostic if you already know the problem area. Choose a bundle if the site likely has multiple overlapping issues and you want one prioritized roadmap instead of separate reports.

What does a modernization engagement look like?

Every modernization engagement follows a structured process: discovery and scope definition, design prototypes you approve before build starts, development on a staging environment you can review, shared portal visibility and delivery tracking during fulfillment, cross-browser and accessibility testing, zero-downtime launch, and a post-launch support window. You receive formal deliverables at each stage and sign off before the next phase begins.

Why pay for a review when free tools exist?

Free tools like Google PageSpeed Insights give you a score. They do not tell you which problems are costing you money, which ones to fix first, or what the fix actually involves. A score of 45 on PageSpeed might mean a 1.2-second render-blocking CSS bundle that is reducing conversions by roughly 7% on every mobile visit, but the tool will not frame it that way, and it will not tell you the fix is a 20-minute configuration change versus a full front-end rebuild. Every review combines automation-assisted diagnostics with reviewed findings, business-priority framing, and a deliverable that can be handed directly to a developer or acted on internally. The difference is not just the raw data — it is the interpretation, validation, and decision framework.

Is my current site really costing me money?

Almost certainly, and the reason you have not noticed is that the loss is invisible without instrumentation. A site does not need to be broken to underperform — it just needs to be slower, less mobile-friendly, or less conversion-optimized than your visitors expect. Industry data shows that 53% of mobile users leave a site that takes more than 3 seconds to load, and 75% of users judge a business's credibility based on website design alone. If your site is more than two or three years old, it is likely losing ground on Core Web Vitals compliance, mobile experience, SEO signals, and conversion effectiveness, even if nothing has visibly broken. The gap between a 1% and a 3% conversion rate on 1,000 monthly visitors is 20 leads per month. At $200 per lead, that is $48,000 per year your business is not capturing. A diagnostic review surfaces exactly where those losses are happening and what to do about them.

What if a previous web project went badly?

That is exactly why every modernization engagement uses a stage-gated process with formal sign-offs. You approve the scope document before design starts. You approve the design before development starts. You review the staging site before anything goes live. No phase begins without your explicit approval, and the scope document defines exactly what is being built — no surprise invoices, no scope drift.

What happens after a new site launches?

Every modernization tier includes a defined post-launch support window — 30 days for Launchpad, 90 days for Accelerate, and 12 months for Enterprise Edge. During that window, bug fixes, edge cases, and questions about managing the site are covered. After the support window, the site can be managed independently or a newly scoped follow-up engagement can be opened if more implementation work is needed — you own the code, content, domain, and hosting credentials either way.

What is not included in a review?

Reviews are external assessments based on publicly observable behavior. They do not include authenticated testing, access to your server or codebase, penetration testing, or compliance certification. If the review surfaces issues that require deeper investigation, the report recommends the appropriate next step.

How is the pricing structured?

Individual reviews start at $150 and cover a single discipline. Packages bundle multiple reviews into one prioritized roadmap from $300 to $900. Launchpad and Accelerate have published fixed project prices. Enterprise Edge has a published starting price finalized after scope confirmation. No hourly billing. No estimates that double after kickoff.

Still not sure where to start?

Send a short request with the site and the question that needs answering. The next step will be recommended instead of leaving the package decision to guesswork.
